7 Gypsies Love...

If you know scrapbooking, you know 7 Gypsies. They are one of my favorite scrapbooking retail companies. I love all the ideas they come up with for displaying photos. I fell in love with this card display from them about a year ago and bought one on overstock.com. It is still in the box.

I know, it's sad. But a baby takes up ALOT of time. Anyhow, after busting out my fall decorations this weekend, I am hoping to put this little baby together and begin to get creative again. Fall/Winter is my time for crafts since it is unlikely that I will be doing many photoshoots and weddings. So now is when my little noggin starts to turn.

What do I have in mind, you say? Well pictures of Zachary of course! :) I hope to have a little display all finished for his 1st birthday party which is in November. If that actually happens, who knows, probably not... but at least I have an idea in mind! Ha!

Yes Sir, May I Have Another...

Is this not the coolest thing since post-it notes?! You are looking at a Canon EF lens coffee mug. It is almost exactly like a real lens with its' details and all.

This little puppy is going on my Christmas list!

FALL in love with your front porch...

I love porches. I love big beautiful porches.

When we bought our house, we were more concerned about what was on the inside. We love the look of our house from the outside. I just wish we had a bigger front porch, and a cover over our porch. We have no overhead protection.

So when I see these displays from Pottery Barn, I get all giddy with excitement, but then realize that I can't do that because everything would get soaked and ruined if it rained! So I sink in disappointment.

So what do I do? Well, I could use real pumpkins, but I prefer fake so I can use them again. I love the leaf garland that is around the door in the one picture, but that would get ruined when it rains. Ugh. I'm going to have to think about this one... Suggestions are welcome!

And 4,600 points later...

I finally did it!

I have collected over 4,600 pampers points and have ordered my free JEEP stroller!

I started the moment I knew I was pregnant (so it's been close to a year and a half). I believe that Pampers are the best diapers out there (LOVE their swaddlers) and so I have no guilty feeling when I purchase them. I have never had a pee-pee accident with Zach using Pampers. Love Pampers!

Anyhow, I have had my eye on the JEEP Stroller you can purchase with your points. They have had alot of temping toys/prizes/gadgets. But I have stayed focused and have finally reached the 4600 points needed to get the free stroller ($45 - $50 retail price!)

I am so pumped to receive this baby! WOOH! Got the blood a pump'n! I love free stuff!

Tis the season, for Fall!

Fall in Ohio, nothing more beautiful!

Living in Central Ohio (Columbus), fall brings everyone who lives here to a higher level. Not only is it the cool, breezy weather, but one word... OHIO STATE FOOTBALL.

I love football season, and so does my husband. And now that we have a lil' football player running around our house, it seems even more special.

I personally love fall. I love you can wear layers of clothing, I love the leaves changing, and the feeling of the holidays are right around the corner.

Which brings me to my favorite time of year... HALLOWEEN! Huge fan. Huge fan.

Last year I was unable (and uncapable for that matter) to decorate for Halloween. Zach was due any minute and I was too tired and too big to put forth the effort. But this year will be different. I am anticipating getting my fall decor out next week.

Check out this adorable tutorial on how to make this BOO Wreath! Me love! Thanks craftaholics!

The Lettered Cottage

I want to give a shout out to one of my new favorite blogs: the lettered cottage. Recently being on my redecorating kick, I came across this adorable blog about a month ago.

I am LOVING their fresh, clean decorating. I was never a fan of white walls... but have suddenly had a change of heart. Most of my walls in my house our tan, tan, dark blue, and tan. But this past labor day my parents came down and we completely repainted our kitchen/living area. The

ceilings were dirty and the walls were dark tan (pumpkin pie color). I've lived with it for over 4 years and was ready for a change. So my dad painted the ceiling a fresh bright white color and the walls are Martha Stewart "Bone Folder" white with just a dash of tan.

Hello? What house am I in? It seriously doesn't look like the same room, or the same house for that matter.

They are finishing up today, so pictures will be posted soon. In the mean time, here are a few from The Lettered Cottage. Check out the beauty!

Back to Blogging...

I am finally back to where I want to blog again. Motherhood has gotten the best of me, and all my time. But I feel like I have my rope around things and is getting more organized again.

Zach is now 10 months old. He is so big and the love of my life. More to come on him.

I have gotten back into redecorating mode and pictures of the newest living room makeover to come soon!

That's about all, let the blogging begin... stay tuned

Meet my newest baby, "Belle"...

Say hello to my little friend! :) Her name is Belle.

I am soooooooooo happy right now. As seen in a previous post, I loved the J. camera bags. But that was until I found the Epiphanie bags! Are you kidding me? Could these be any cuter?

These bags are AMAZING, designed by a woman photographer. This is the perfect woman's photographer camera bag, big enough for camera, lenses and flashes... PLUS room for your phone, wallet.... just amazing!!!!!!!!!!

I new I had to have this for Vegas. I plan on taking photos of the mountains and vegas strip, but hated the idea of taking my nasty black camera bag, plus a purse. This way it's all rolled into one.

They also have the Ginger and Lola bags... Love the Lola too!

Can you say L.O.V.E!?!?!?!?
