As many of you know, a few weeks ago we got a very terrible wind storm, which damaged all of Columbus and most of Central Ohio! We lost a tree in our backyard and alot of shingles off of our roof. We had damage to our gazebo top and to our window screens.
Dear Lord, thank you for this wind storm which answered our prayer! It was a miracle. It was a "Blessed Tragedy". It was Jesus giving us a blessing. We were in desperate need of a new roof anyways. Ryan and I have pondered & prayed over this for over a year. Our roof was in terrible need of replacement. We were dreading the cost of this new roof (estimated $4,000.00 at the least!) We just kept putting it off.
Well the roofer came out today. I was on the edge of my chair all day at work, waiting for Ryan's phone call. FINALLY, at 4:21pm, Ryan called and said the roofer said we need a WHOLE NEW ROOF due to severe wind damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, may I add that it will be COVERED BY INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
